Debussy once said “Music begins where words are powerless to express”. In most media, we are confined to only two senses – sight and sound. While modern day cameras and well trained actors can provide stunning performances, they cannot carry the experience alone. Music provides the context for the actions we see unfold on screen, deepening the viewers connection to the emotions portrayed in the story.

This is where I come in. As a Composer, it is my responsibility to ensure the directors or developers vision is fully realised through the medium of music – and that requires communication, an iterative process and trust. My background allows me to cover a wide variety of genres, from hybrid orchestral scores to delicate violin accompaniment, I can adapt to your artistic vision and bring your project to life.
